Results were out last evening. DPU = 0.25ct (29-May to 30-Jun). On a yoy basis, Revenue & Profits were lower but FCF was better. But, since CitySpring times, their financials are impossible to compare as there's always some timing difference for CityGas and others…Didn't see any mention on affirmation of Proforma FY14 DPU = 3.73ct used in circular and for now, looks scary… 😀

Contra off one batch, sell one batch and another batch partially done. STI -32.33 @ 3281.09, continues to be affected by the big drops in China mkt. Despite the Chinese govt providing support for their mkt, the fears remains… Dropped to a low of $3.86 but was too slow with fears to buy any…
Play safe, take profit when it subsequently rebounded, to raise free cash and switch to other stocks which'd dropped… 😀

Private Placement fixed @ $1.48. Add DPU = 2.351ct + Advanced DPU = 0.7805ct = 3.1315ct => $1.51315ct to be on par with Placees. For a while, it looked like it'd hit a low at $1.515 and I quickly Q'd to Buy some…. but it dropped to a low of $1.505 before closing at $1.52 (5pm matching +1bid). Got some more @ $1.51 but my Q @ $1.505 wasn't done…. 😀
With NAV = $1.54 (will be lower after placement @ $1.48), Projected Yield = 6.107% & Projected Gearing = 36.6%, I may not be very long term focussed…

Jump-Q during 9am matching… Left only odd lots.. Results were out yesterday evening. DPU = 2.351ct vs 2.3754ct last Q. This is the 2nd Q of DPU decline but this time round, it wasn't unexpected as per their Projected figures in their Circular for Proposed Australia asset acquisition.
Yield = 6.064% ; Gearing = 37.3% is not fantastic, altho' there'll be some slight improvement after their proposed acquisition cum Private Placement. Play safe, take profit first… or just move on… at least till the dust settles… 😀

Add $0.468 (Exercise Price) => $0.673, still lower than the main share @ $0.68 (low today). The Rights hit a low of $0.20 today but I didn't get any as the Buy Q was huge. Tomorrow is the last Trading Day for the Rights…. Worst case, there may be a sell-down due to investors who don't want to exercise… Prepare some spare cash first… just in case… 😀
