IREIT Global @ $0.6933

Buy @ $0.695, $0.69

Happily buying at lower prices to add to my initial buy till a msg fm SL made me realised that IREIT Rights have started trading… (Fm SL) At $0.21, this presents a good arbitrage opportunity with main shares at $0.69 & Exercise Price $0.468

ie $0.21 (Rights) + $0.468 (Exercise Price) = $0.678 is < $0.69 (IREIT)

But, will need to sell IREIT & simultaneously buy Rights ie Need to already hv IREIT shares to sell… and either hv no min $25 comms or trade in large enough Qty (such that $25 min comms is insignificant in % terms)….

The Rights will trade till 22-Jul (Wed), having started trading from 13-Jul!

I quickly did a Buy @ $0.21 for IREIT Rights…. and is prepared to exercise if I don't get the opportunity to sell… ðŸ˜€

Jump-Q during 9am matching, only to see it hit a high of $10.44 within a short time… Low of $10.35 & closed at $10.40…

No more left… I guess I ought to be holding on for Mid-Yr results and Div but can't resist getting rid of it for a tiny profit after holding for almost 2mths… 😀

Add back to my portfolio as it hit my target TERP Buy Price again… A sudden sell block of aro' 100,000 shares appeared towards the end of the day.. Grab some first, regret later (if any)… 😀

Contra off, finally one profitable trade… SMRT CEO must be saying the right things… even tho' I don't quite agree with what he said…  but, I'm glad it stemmed the fears of a max $50mil+ fine… 😀

Buy back some to average down my expensive ones. Mkt fears seem to hv subsided, chances of getting at lower prices don't seem high…. 😀

Failed at Jump-Q during 9am matching but succeeded during 5pm matching… Add more for the Yield… There's still enough profit margin for those who got theirs from the Private Placement @ $0.52… Just need them to be fearful / greedy enough to profit take..  ðŸ˜€

xd today for 1.75ct and -3.5ct…. Didn't adhere to the Yield Rotations Strategy to sell before xd… Recent news articles of a possible max $50Mil+ fine is very scary… 😀
