Perhaps a reaction to the latest Property cooling measures? ie. max. loan tenure 35 years and for those above 30 years, max. 60% loan (no other mortgage), down from 80% and 40% (other mortgage), down from 60%. The 3 Jardine counters also -1% to -2% (after contributing to Friday's +ve). But, HSI also -187.82.
