A-HTrust @ $1.025

Sell @ $1.025

Sold off my recent buy, make some kopi-$$ only. Decided that a 31.4% premium over NAV = $0.78 looks high (but there are >10 REITs with premium >30% over NAV!). Altho' their AEI will raise the NAV somewhat, it still looks rather high to me. Decided to switch the funds over to Saizen, which had similar Yield of ~7% + similar FOREX risks. May be switching between these 2 REITs if their share price moves in opposite direction. 😀

Add back to my collection, after selling some at a much lower price last year. Same reason as KGT, it now looks attractive as compared to others which'd gone up a lot more (such that Yield is now rather low). Yield = 7.01% ; Gearing = 35.8% ; NAV = $0.78. Majority of their Hotel assets are in Australia, one of the few currency which'd been able to match the strength of the S$ in recent years.  Aberdeen had been buying (likely contributing to the rise in share price) and now holds a 10%+ stake. 😀

Need to raise some cash to get more Neratel…. Buyer CP = JPM, looks like they're accumulating as the moment I sell to buyer, the Buy Q increased back again! 😀

Buy @ $0.905

Used Jump-Q @ 5pm. Yield = 7.527%. Let's see if it gets cheaper in the coming days. 😀

STI -31.22 @ 3076.65. Can see Property and Banks stocks contributing to the -ve with CapLand -3.3% ; CDL -2.3% ; DBS -1.5% ; OCBC -0.4% ; UOB -1.3%. Perhaps a reaction to the latest Property cooling measures? ie. max. loan tenure 35 years and for those above 30 years, max. 60% loan (no other mortgage), down from 80% and 40% (other mortgage), down from 60%. The 3 Jardine counters also -1% to -2% (after contributing to Friday's +ve). But, HSI also -187.82.

Jump-Q at 5pm to add to my holdings. Some selling pressure today, Yield = 7.486% ; Gearing = 34.3%. Replacing my lost DPUs from selling so many Trusts and REITs and Yield Stocks… 😀

AH-Trust @ $0.91

Buy @ $0.91

Big seller around today, decided to buy back. Used Jump-Q routine at 5pm when I saw a block of 100 lots at sell Q. 😀

Feels a bit silly to have sold at $0.875 and $0.885 previously, only to buy back at a higher price now. Need to maintain a regular source of Dividend Income for my daily expenses (after selling many REITs and Trusts). Yield = 7.486%, let's hope the strong S$ is not going to impact the DPU as all assets are overseas.

A-HTrust @ $0.885

Sell @ $0.885

Jump-Q at pre-open. Sell off my IPO ones. Leave those in TY's account (IPO + Subsequent Buys), else can be confusing if both accounts have the same stock. Looks strong and doesn't look like it's going to drop to previous lows of $0.86. Will buy on TY's account if it drops. 😀

AH-Trust @ $0.875

Sell @ $0.875

Jump Q for 9am matching. There were 20 lots ahead of me and my sell order caused the Q to drop to $0.87. The other party withdrew some at the last minute for matching to be done at $0.875! Really got other people who's likely using market depth to squeeze out 0.5ct more! 😀

Contra off to free up cash for FE-HTrust IPO which closes tomom 12noon (decide tomom AM whether to apply).

A-HTrust @ $0.86

Buy @ $0.86

Keep dropping since listing, buy some more to average down. Stabilising mgr has not done any buys since 3-Aug (Fri), looks set to officially stop action. 😀

A-HTrust @ $0.875

Buy @ $0.875.

Add to my collection. Looks weak as many sellers. Share price may drop when stabilizing action stops. Will be monitoring that but at this point in time, looks ok. 😀
