Q410 – Close

My portfolio (at cost) of S'pore stks for Q410 close,

Portfolio-Q410

The STI closed at 3190.04, +10.09% from end 2009. Using cost as a reference, my portfolio stats (vs 2009),

  • Size : +9.52%
  • Net Portfolio Performance At End-2009 Mkt Value (Excludes Thomson Profits) : 6.51% (Profits) + 6.05% (Div) = 12.57%

So, +12.57% vs +10.09% (STI), quite a good performance after the poor performance in 2009. I have not included the profits from Thomson Medical (General Offer from Peter Lim, which is not a repeatable event) as this would have skewed the results to >50%.
