Sell @ $0.685. Yield @ 11.182% and Gearing 15.6% makes it still one of my preferred REIT, but this one being my No.1 in my portfolio is making me lose sleep. Further, I want to free up some cash to possibly avg down my TELCOs (StarHub and SingTel) plus put into some other fundamentally strong stocks that may come under selling pressure. 😀

Buy @ $3.08. Have not been a shareholder of SingTel for a long time. Yield @ 4.058% , PE 14.21, the worst amongst all the TELCOs, but the only one that’s diversified regionally.
Sep-09 is their mid-yr and for the past 2 years, div was 5.6ct. I don’t expect it to be any lesser this year and I expect the positives to come from the stronger A$ (Optus biz in Australia).
Big selling since they outbid StarHub for the BPL rights (mkt estimate is they paid US$400M but I doubt so as Starhub was already losing $$ fm their US$150M bid last time – My Guess is max. US$180M-US$200M. Further, if we view it fm the perspective that SingTel’s Net Profit of ~S$4Bil is more than 10x that of StarHub, this may not be a too significant impact on their bottomline) and Bharti merger being called off. Dropped from $3.2x since beginning Oct, looks like some kind of co-ordinated selling! Seller ’78’ – ML. 😀

Sell @ $0.865. Yield @ 9.526% is still attractive and especially more so as their coming DPU (for end-Sep results to be announced) will be for mid-yr (ie. 6 mths). But, I need to free up some $$ as I have no more free cash left. Will buy back again if it dips back. Buyer ’28’ – OCBC put in 100 lots buy. 😀

Buy @ $1.02. Strong selling after I got my earlier ones! Didn’t hit the big sellers, both times local brokers, OCBC and Phillip. STI dropped below 2600, now 2588 (-16). 😀
