K-Green @ $1.11

Buy @ $1.11. New addition to my portfolio. K-Green was listed on 26-Jun-10 and was given as dividend-in-specie to Keppel Corp shareholders. Based on their DPU projection of 3.91ct for 2H10, the yield just went above 7% at this price. The 'Green' means Environmental friendly types of business like Desalination Plants and Rubbish Incinerators to generate electricity. One of the main attraction to me, beside a min. 7% yield target, is the zero gearing ie. more room for acquisitions. Seller '29' – DBSV, done during 5:05pm matching. 😀

SPAusNet @ $0.965

Buy @ $0.965. Take a risk to average down my holdings. The Royal Commission Report on the Victoria fire (last year) was out on end-Jul. No mention of liability in the report, just recommendations (eg. use buried lines instead of overhead cables in bushfire prone areas). I guess liability will have to be determined in the courts (several class suits ongoing). I read in the reports that SPAus maximum liability is set at A$100M by the government, which translates to less than A5ct/share or slightly higher than 1 semi-annual dividend payout. The other risk here is that currently A$ is on the rise and any drop will also drag down the share price. But, after considering the above risks and the current Net Yield of 9.7%+, I have decided to place a small bet first and perhaps increase it when it drops further. Seller '21' – Kim Eng 😀

5:05pm

Buy @ $0.97. Decided to get some more after reading their SGX Announcement at 2pm++ that one of the fire is likely not their responsibility.

SingTel @ $3.15

Sell @ $3.15. Sold all. My average buy price was $3.07 and as the coming dividend is 8ct, I decided to take profit first since my immediate profit is also 8ct. STI has gone above 3000 (3013) again and I'm not sure whether it's sustainable (but good double digit GDP growth for Singapore this year). Anyway, SingTel was intended as a short term pun to be sold before it goes xd on 6-Aug, so, no complaints even if it surge further. Buyer '17' – CIMB. 😀

ComfortDelgro @ $1.58

Sell @ $1.58. No more left. Another of my previous short term trade that became a longer term dividend stock! Bought in April and collected one dividend. Buyer '70' – CLSA

SingTel @ $3.06

Buy @ $3.06. Kelong stock as STI is +27 (2953) but SingTel is flat. Add to my last buy and see if can hold for short term trade before it goes xd on 6-Aug. If not, then become part of my long term holding. Seller '82' – MS. 😀

SingTel @ $3.08

Buy @ $3.08. Back as shareholder. DJIA (US) dropped -261.44 last Friday and looks like it's affecting STI a bit (-9 @ 2949). Decided to buy back as it's not xd yet (8ct div). Didn't expect to get done within 30mins as there was a queue of 1000+ in front. Seller '70' – CLSA. 😀

PLife @ $1.42

Sell @ $1.42. Decided to take profit as it was meant as a short term trade last time. Analysts rather bullish with PLife due to their recent acquisitions of Nursing Homes in Japan. No more left. Perhaps I'll look at Industrial REITs (Higher Risk => Higher Yield) since the latest GDP figures for Singapore is very good. Buyer '78' – ML. 😀

SingTel @ $3.09

Sell @ $3.09. Have been queueing to sell at $3.08 for the past few days. Decided to queue at $3.09 today as market seems bullish. Got it last time when I had too much free cash and after SingTel announced a final 8ct dividend (but many analysts downgraded it due to lower earning projections).  Buyer '78' – ML, seems to be buying in small lot sizes. 😀
